Wave Trauma Centre

Wave Trauma Centre offer care and support to anyone bereaved or traumatised through violence, irrespective of religious, cultural or political belief. They work with the families of β€˜The Disappeared’ and the philosophy and ethos of the organisation is one of inclusiveness i.e. anyone bereaved or traumatised and those physically impaired as a result of the violence in Northern Ireland and those who care for them. Victims and Survivors Service

The Victims and Survivors Service was established in April 2012 to help improve the lives of victims and survivors of Northern Ireland’s troubled past. They offer a one-to-one assessment providing support and advice to see how they may be able to help meet your needs. After assessment they will agree a package of support with you on advocacy, health & wellbeing, personal development and welfare advice and work with you to ensure you receive the best help available. The Forgiveness Project

The Forgiveness Project is a UK-based charitable organisation which explores forgiveness, reconciliation and conflict resolution through real-life human experience. The project works at a local, national and international level to help build a future free of conflict and violence by healing the wounds of the past.

By collecting and sharing people's stories, and delivering outreach programmes, The Forgiveness Project encourages and empowers people to explore the nature of forgiveness and alternatives to revenge.

NEXUS Counselling

NEXUS Counselling works across Northern Ireland to respond to the needs of survivors of sexual violence aged 16 and over. Women's Aid Federation Northern Ireland

Women's Aid Federation Northern Ireland offers a range of specialist services to anyone (men, women and children) who has experienced domestic violence. If you are being abused, physically, sexually, financially or emotionally, you can contact the 24hr Domestic & Sexual Violence Helpline for initial support and to consider the options which are available to you.
