The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) is the UK's official 'do not call' register. It's free to sign up for and allows people to opt out of sales and marketing calls.

Or, if you’d like to add your mobile phone number to the list, you can simply text “TPS” and your email address to 85095 from your mobile phone. There is no charge to send a message or to receive confirmation from this number.
