Jimmi doesn't have to be at work until late morning as he's presenting his sports clinic idea to Julia, as the series set in a health centre in the Midlands continues. However, he still manages to oversleep, and then his taxi doesn't show up. Desperate to get to work, he manages to jump on the bus and loses himself in paperwork and music.

Ìý

As the bus journey continues, a Muslim boy who is on edge, pacing the bus and muttering prayers, is mistaken for a suicide bomber. Racism and paranoia rise to the surface and, as panic develops on the bus, Jimmi is awoken from his daze. When Jimmi talks to the boy, he works out that he is actually autistic and has been disturbed by changes to his normal routine.

Ìý

Meanwhile, Melody waits impatiently for Nick, and moans about the lack of support he's giving her. As Melody waits, Vivien asks her (and numerous other colleagues, throughout the day) to test her on the Highway Code. Later, Archie decides to get Melody to take action and helps her prepare for her evaluation.

The arrival of another email horrifies Tess and Noel as they realise they are being watched, as the sun-drenched drama series set in an Australian beach resort continues. Noel pleads with Tess to call the police and inform them of the threatening emails from the unknown person, who they suspect is Philby's murderer. Tess decides to wait until the container, with its possible treasure trove, arrives from the UK.

Ìý

Meanwhile, Ron is robbed and attacked at work and news soon reaches the McManus household. Tess is sent another email telling her Ron's attack was a warning to her. Her fear and guilt over her failure to disclose this information to the police intensifies and propels Tess into offering to speak to the magistrate in Addo's defence in a bid to ward off her guilt.

Ìý

Jarrod's omission to tell Tracy of his past engagement to Bec haunts her, as she continues her therapy with Stephen under her pseudonym. Stephen urges Tracy to speak with her husband, "Jeffrey", about his past engagement. Tracy tells Pia about the engagement and she is stunned, urging Tracy to come clean with her husband and get to the bottom of things.

Ìý

When Tracy confronts Jarrod, he is full of apologies over his insensitivity – he stresses he didn't tell Tracy about his engagement to Bec because it no longer meant anything to him. Tracy's imagination, however, remains in overdrive and she finds it impossible to let go of her fear.

Ìý

Meanwhile, Deborah's accountant, Thomas Finer, attempts to blackmail Deborah into giving him the retirement package of the century. An unimpressed Daniel has other plans, however, and Thomas ends up in hospital. Deborah sends Thomas on an all-expenses paid trip to Hamilton Island as compensation for Daniel's heavy-handed actions, but Deborah has plans for Thomas – no one plays her and gets away with it.

Ìý

Domestic goddess Nigella Lawson tells Nigel Slater her life story through food, as the series continues. She remembers how her mother was incredibly melancholic and not predisposed to having children and reveals how she shares her mother's "capacity for hysteria".

Ìý

She candidly reveals how she felt slightly apologetic and embarrassed about being a "foodie", when compared to the political brains of her father, former Chancellor of the Exchequer Nigel Lawson (now Lord Lawson), and brother, journalist Dominic.

Ìý

Nigella's children, Mimi and Bruno, talk about how they find it "strange" watching their mum on TV, as they cook her delicious Sunday night pasta – and prove that Nigella's brand of parenting ("benign neglect") has both its advantages and its drawbacks.

Ìý

Nigella's friend, historian Simon Schama, cooks a frantic venison stew and asks why she has never cooked for him. He proclaims: "Maybe she can't cook for toffee!"

Ìý

Nigel and Nigella go into the kitchen to recreate the jam roly poly pudding that Nigella used to cook for her mum.

Ìý

And, without an ounce of shame or an apology, Nigella scoffs a number of profiteroles in front of Nigel!
