Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World Service's interactive discussion show, World Have Your Say, hosts World Cup Team Talk

On Friday 9 July, World Have Your Say, Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World Service's flagship discussion show, will host a World Cup Team Talk, in which fans around the world can have their say on the key talking points that have dominated the World Cup – from the best goals, to the best fans and their personal high and low points of the tournament.

Commentators and pundits around the world have already had their say on the highs, lows and pitch action, but what have fans around the world really thought about the World Cup, the performance of the teams and the host nation?

The programme will be hosting an interactive event that will connect football fans and audiences around the world ahead of the World Cup final in Johannesburg, on radio and online.

Starting online at 1600 GMT at bbcworldservice.com/worldcupteamtalk and on air on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World Service from 1700-1900 GMT, a global audience will be able to join in the discussion and interact with one another, across a number of different languages.

Ros Atkins, presenter of World Have Your Say, will be talking to fans on air and via the online message boards in one global conversation, looking back at the past month of football action in South Africa.

Audiences online will also be joined by a number of Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World Service football pundits.

A live message board will automatically translate online comments into 10 languages including: Arabic, Albanian, Chinese, English, Spanish, Persian, Portuguese, Swahili, Vietnamese and Welsh, as well as automatically translating comments and questions back into English to enable different audiences to take part in the team talk.

Audience members from across the world can join the conversation via Facebook (Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World Have Your Say), Twitter (@WHYS), via telephone: +44 20 70 83 72 72, text: +44 77 86 20 60 80 and email at worldhaveyoursay@bbc.com.
