Spencer Grammer plays Casey
Casey is beautiful, popular and smart and is going out with the best-looking guy on campus. Her ambition is to become president of her sorority, making her the most powerful girl on the university campus. She soon realises, however, that achieving this will come at a price.

Casey is torn between her ambition to make it to the top and her loyalty to those people that matter to her – her brother, her best friend and her boyfriend. The question is, what is most important – and will she do whatever it takes to get there?

Spencer Grammer's credits include Beautiful Ohio, Descent and the short film The Path Of Most Resistance. Television credits include appearances on Law & Order – SVU, Third Watch and recurring roles on Clubhouse and The Bedford Diaries. She has also appeared in commercials for both MTV and Kodak.

Originally from Los Angeles, Spencer is the daughter of Kelsey Grammer (Frasier).

Jacob Zachar plays Rusty
Ìý
Casey's brother Rusty couldn't be more different than Casey. Having focused on his studies all of his life he arrives at Cyprus Rhodes University a geek – with no social skills, but a heart of gold and a lovable naivety.
Ìý
His aim is to have a university experience that is all about fun – beer, girls and nights out with the lads – even if it comes at the cost of his studies.
Ìý
His unshakeable loyalty to his sister is tested to the limits as at first she shuns her little brother, who is cramping her style.
As Rusty's affable nature and unaffected ways start to win him friends on campus, however, it seems his sister may give him a break after all.

This is Jacob Zachar's first leading role in a series. Most recently, he was seen in the film Drunkboat, alongside John Malkovich and John Goodman, and he has appeared in various commercials.

Raised in Chicago, Jacob is also frontman for Chicago's premier metal band, Megaband.
In addition, he has performed in numerous stage productions including On Golden Pond, Prairie Lights, Big – The Musical, Les Miserables and Guys And Dolls.

Scott Michael Foster plays Cappie
Ìý
Laid-back, confident about who he is and with no fear of the future, Cappie is a joker – the kind of guy who enjoys life to the full. When he's not getting drunk with the members of his fraternity, or missing lectures due to a hangover, he likes nothing more than to taunt the boyfriend of his ex-girlfriend, Casey.

What you see is what you get with Cappie – except, perhaps, when it comes to Casey. Is he hiding his real feelings for her behind his humour?

Raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Scott Michael Foster was active in college theatre and local stage productions. Film and television work includes roles in the indie films Teenage Dirtbag, The Horrible Flowers and Forever Charlie, as well as various US commercials.

In addition to acting, Scott enjoys performing with his band, Siren's Eye, in which he is lead singer and plays rhythm guitar.

Amber Stevens plays Ashleigh
Ìý
Loyal and adoring, Ashleigh is Casey's best friend and her biggest fan. Ashleigh loves to party – and it is a subject in which she excels.

A California native, Amber Stevens was raised in Beverly Hills, where she served as Student Body President at Beverly Hills High School. She also sang back-up for Gladys Knight and was a part of the on-stage chorus for American Idol.

Amber's credits include CSI, Complete Savages and the movie Fast And The Furious 3.

Jake McDorman plays Evan
Ìý
Blessed with wealth, power and good looks, Evan seems like the golden boy but, hard as it is to believe, that can have its problems. Family demands lay heavily on his shoulders and, although he loves his girlfriend Casey, her lack of pedigree could doom their romance if he doesn't learn to be his own man.

Jake McDorman comes to his role on Greek after being seen on some of television's hottest shows. His career started off quickly with lead roles in several films and guest starring roles on television, including a regular role on the series Quintuplets and a recurring role in Run Of The House.

His guest starring roles include Cold Case, CSI Miami and House. He also starred in Bring It On – All Or Nothing, with Hayden Panettiere (Heroes) and in Aquamarine with Emma Roberts. In addition, Jake had a supporting role in Live Free Or Die Hard with Bruce Willis.

Paul James plays Calvin
Ìý
Although he's popular, Calvin feels like the perennial outsider – a position that has taught him to be savvy and adept at reading the room. He's got so good at it, he's able to tell everyone just what they want to hear. As Rusty's closest confidante, Calvin supports him through his university experience, even as he shakes his head in wonder at Rusty's innocence.

A native of Washington DC, Paul James was raised in Maryland and graduated with a BFA in Drama from Syracuse University. Paul can be seen in the films Cry Wolf, and The Architect, with Anthony LaPaglia and Isabella Rosellini, and will soon be seen opposite Sarah Jessica Parker in Spinning Into Butter. He has also guest-starred on Cold Case.

Dilshad Vadsaria plays Rebecca
Ìý
The Senator's daughter, Rebecca, becomes a rival for Casey on all fronts when she arrives on campus – especially when it comes to attracting Evan, hanging out with the most popular girls and being the "It" girl on campus.
Ìý
While she may be Miss Perfect in public, Rebecca is anything but pure in private and is soon scheming on how to topple Casey and step into her shoes.

Dilshad Vadsaria was born in Karachi, Pakistan, and is also of Portuguese and Indian descent. After moving to the United States at the age of six, she spent her childhood in various parts of the country, including Chicago, IL, Richmond, VA, and Philadelphia, PA. After attending college at the University of Delaware, she moved to New York to study acting.

Clark Duke plays Dale

Rusty's roommate and a fellow engineering geek, Dale's world is simple. Everything is black and white – there is no in-between. While he is disapproving at every turn, Dale may prove a valuable ally for Rusty, and may even learn a few things from him about lightening up along the way.

Clark Duke has appeared on CSI – Crime Scene Investigation and in Judd Apatow's feature film Super Bad. He is the co-writer, co-producer and co-star of Clark And Michael – a 10-part broadband series he co-created and developed as well as directed with comedy partner Michael Cera (Arrested Development).

The Plain White T's, the hip US band behind the hit singles Hey There Delilah and Hate (I Really Don't Like You), appear as the house band throughout the series, performing their hits at the coolest parties on campus.
