Starts Sunday 28 August at 9.30pm on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ ONE

Great Meadow Productions

Great Meadow's aim is to enrich the mix of mainstream UK television drama by offering a range of original and distinctive projects which give a modern take on surprising aspects of British society - past and present.

Μύ

To this end, the company is developing television drama series and event pieces in collaboration with all the main UK broadcasters.

Μύ

As well as Messiah IV, Great Meadow - in association with Oxford Film and TV Ltd - is currently in production with a film for Channel 4, set in Bradford during the 2001 riots and written and directed by Neil Biswas.

Μύ

Amongst the other projects Great Meadow is developing is a film for the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ about a major British political figure, written by Richard Cottan.

Μύ

Kate Triggs was Head of Development and then an Executive Producer of drama at Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Northern Ireland before joining Great Meadow.

Μύ

Amongst a number of series, serials and single pieces, Kate has worked with Adrian Hodges on Amongst Women, Donna Franceschild on Eureka Street, Lizzie Mickery on Sinners and Ali White on Any Time Now.

Μύ

She has most recently been an Executive Producer on the Messiah franchise and is currently an Executive Producer of the Channel 4 film Bradford.

Μύ

Before joining Great Meadow, Robert Cooper was Head of Drama at Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Northern Ireland.

Μύ

During his time there he was responsible for TV dramas written by a wide range of British and Irish talent.

Μύ

He produced Anthony Minghella's feature film Truly Madly Deeply, Colin Bateman's feature Divorcing Jack and initiated the Ballykissangel and Messiah series.

Μύ

He was also Executive Producer of a number of award-winning TV dramas including Amongst Women, Sinners, Eureka Street and was producer of As The Beast Sleeps and Holy Cross.
