The sun is shining on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Norfolk today as it celebrates adding 40,000 listeners to its station.

According to the latest RAJAR figures, Radio Norfolk has the biggest weekly reach of any local Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ radio station at 37 per cent - the highest it has been for almost three years.

Stephen Bumfrey's breakfast show continues to be the most high-profile show on the station, and the biggest breakfast across the county.

Bumfrey's been waking up the region for the last six months with his witty mix of news and current affairs.

The last quarter has been a period of considerable growth for Radio Norfolk with 40,000 new listeners tuning in to the station, that's 257,000 people each week.
