What will you do with my email address?
When you contribute to the YP&M site we encourage you to offer us your email address. This helps us to get in touch with you if we need to for editorial reasons...
For example:
- We may need to clarify a point in your story.
- We may want to get more information about your story.
- We may have information on the topic which might help answer a query.
- We may want to extend the story onto the YP&M radio programme.
We WILL NOT give your email address to any third party under any circumstances without first consulting you. You will not receive spam as a result of giving us your email address.
If the event should arise that another contributor to the site wishes to contact you about an article or some relevant issue, we will write to you and seek your permission to pass on your email address to them, Your decision regarding this will be final.
To help us protect your privacy please do not use your email address as your 'nickname' on the YP&M site.
