If you've been keeping up with ParalympicsGB, it would be difficult not to give Day Eight a 10 out of 10 - it had it all!

The team's youngest athletes put on a show, there was a world record and they picked up 10 more medals.

Iona Winnifrith made a splash as she won a silver in the pool at 13-years-old, while Bly Twomey claimed a bronze in Para-table tennis at 14-years-old.

How did the teenage GB athletes do?

Iona Winnifrith might be the youngest member of the ParalympicsGB team, but that didn't show in her performance in the pool.

She won silver in the women's SB7 100m breaststroke and was just seconds behind the leader Mariia Pavlova - who actually set a new world record.

Iona said her teammates have been like a "supportive family" while she has been away.

Para-table tennis star Bly Twomey won her second bronze of the Games, having already picked up one alongside Felicity Pickard in the WD14 women's doubles.

What gold medals did ParalympicsGB win on Thursday?

Dan Pembroke managed to break the F13 javelin world record twice in one day as he defended his Paralympic title.

On his fourth throw he managed to get a whopping 74.49m - that's around the length of five buses.

The other two golds of the day for ParalympicsGB came from the pool, thanks to Becky Redfern and Alice Tai.

Redfern won the SB13 100m breaststroke final after finishing second in the past two Games.

While Tai claimed the top prize in the S8 50m freestyle final, but get this, she didn't realise she had won until one of her competitors told her!

ParalympicsGB finished the day on 84 medals - with 36 golds, 29 silvers and 19 bronzes.
