Para-swimming championships: 13-year-old Iona wins second GB gold

Iona impressed everyone in her swimming category at the European para-championship
Thirteen-year-old Iona Winnifrith has now won two gold medals at the European para-championships in Madeira, Portugal.
She managed to bag herself a European and British record as well - with her impressive speed of one minute and 29.19 seconds in the 100 metre breaststroke.
She won her other gold medal on Sunday during the SM7 200 metre individual medley.
Iona is heading to Paris for the Paralympics in August, and she's currently got her eyes on a world record time.
Iona only recently turned 13.
When she's not competing for GB medals, she swims in her local club in the south east of England.
Last year, she set a record for Paralympics GB in her category of the 100m breaststroke.

Iona will be heading to the Paris Paralympics in August. She got her qualifying time at the Aquatics GB Swimming Championships earlier this month.
She's hoping for some big wins in Paris - and wants to break a world record.
"I'm breaking my personal best quite a lot now," she explained. "So it's just going to be about keeping going with my training and hopefully get nearer to that."
