TV chef Paul Rankin was passing on tips at the Heart of England fine foods (HEFF) Festival of Food and Drink, held at Eastnor Castle on the 2nd and 3rd October 2004.

The event marked the end of British Food Fortnight, which ran from the 18th September to the 3rd October.

Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Hereford and Worcester launched their charity calendar at the show.

It features recipes chosen by the presenters, each of which uses ingredients from the Heart of England area.

The profit from every calendar which Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ H&W sells goes to the Money Marathon Appeal.

What's more surprising is that this is a calendar going on sale that DOESN'T feature lots of middle aged people wearing no clothes.
