'The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ UX Design Trainee Scheme' film made by Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Careers

Every year the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ welcomes a group of design trainees into our User Experience & Design department to further their design education and help them build a career.

Our UX Design Trainee Scheme has nurtured many successful designers over the past 10 years by offering them unparalleled experience in visual and interaction design, prototyping, user research, information architecture, content analysis and much more.

The year-long programme embeds and rotates each successful applicant through a number of our UX product teams - from iPlayer to News, from Sport to CBeebies. They work on live projects, getting involved with the insight, imagination and research we use everyday to create world-class digital services.

The trainees also work with technical and editorial teams from across the organisation. They make new friends. They present their work. And using our Global Experience Language, they contribute to Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ online.

The learning curve is steep, rewarding and incredibly beneficial. Many of our trainees go on to have long and successful careers, both at the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ and within the wider industry.

The learning curve is steep, rewarding and incredibly beneficial.

The scheme also gives us in UX&D the opportunity to inspire and develop the next generation of design superstars.
