2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed

450g/1lb strawberries, washed, hulled and cut in half

100²µ/3Β½΄Η³ϊ white bread, crusts removed, dried and processed into breadcrumbs

Dairy, eggs and chilled

120g/4oz butter, at room temperature
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tbsp milk
6 free-range egg whites
250ml/9fl oz whipping cream, whipped until stiff peaks form when the whisk is removed

Meat, fish and poultry

4 x 225g/8oz chicken breasts, wing bone left in but skin removed
