With only five days to go until Christmas – start your festive countdown with a special concert from the Â鶹ԼÅÄ Philharmonic and Â鶹ԼÅÄ Radio Manchester.
Â鶹ԼÅÄ Radio Manchester invites you, your family and friends to join them as they record their annual Christmas Concert with the Â鶹ԼÅÄ Philharmonic. Take your seat in the Â鶹ԼÅÄ Philharmonic Studio and get into the festive spirit with music from The Nutcracker, Christmas favourites White Christmas, Winter Wonderland and Frosty the Snowman. They'll also be readings, poetry and carols to help you really get ready for Christmas. Presented by Â鶹ԼÅÄ Radio Manchester's Mike Sweeney and Becky Want and featuring three choirs: Broadoak Primary School; Manchester's Kantos Chamber Choir and the Hope Choir, newly formed in partnership with Manchester homeless charity, The Mustard Tree who Â鶹ԼÅÄ Radio Manchester have worked with this year. Fantasic local singer Lily Jo will also perform solo with the Â鶹ԼÅÄ Philharmonic who will be conducted by guest conductor, Sergej Bolkhovets. All this plus a very special guest...
