Meet the Phil Ten Pieces offers Year 5 and 6 pupils the opportunity of visiting the Â鶹ԼÅÄ Philharmonic Studio and listening to the orchestra in rehearsal.
Presented by Â鶹ԼÅÄ Philharmonic violinist Julian Gregory the workshops will include extracts from: Grieg In the Hall of the Mountain King, Bizet Carmen and the Finale from Stravinsky The Firebird.
There are three workshops that teachers can book for- please specify WHICH you would like to attend when booking:
Workshop 1 – 11.30-12.30
Workshop 2 – 13.30-14.15
Workshop 3 – 14.45-15.30
The event will take place at the Philharmonic Studio, MediaCityUK, Salford Quays, M50 2HQ.
