Two Â鶹ԼÅÄ Introducing artists from Leicester unite at Worthy Farm. Six piece band By The Rivers will join Izzy Marie Hill on stage for a special set.
19 year-old singer songwriter Izzy Marie Hill was selected for the Â鶹ԼÅÄ Introducing slot on the Radio 1 playlist last January with her very likeable track Chuck Norris. She specialises in pop-Americana translating the feel good vibes made so commercially successful by Katy Perry and Taylor Swift out of her Leicester home. She is a huge hit on YouTube with her homemade videos clocking up thousands and thousands of views.
By The Rivers are no strangers to Â鶹ԼÅÄ Introducing either. They played our stage at T in the Park in 2011 and have had numerous singles supported by our team in the East Midlands. The self-dubbed ‘new age reggae’ group aren’t shy of hard work and have toured tirelessly since their first live show in 2010, supporting The Buzzcocks, Toploader and Fun Lovin’ Criminals along the way.
