Skuff is producer-rapper Joe Lipscomb from Cambridge who is finally surfacing from the underground UK hip hop scene for some overdue recognition. In March, Skuff’s soulful track Darkside was picked up by Huw Stephens who fell in love with his clever lyrics and on-point delivery.

Lipscomb is a true self-starter handling production duties, instrumentation, artwork as well as shooting, directing and editing his own videos. And that’s on top of work designing and illustrating for a clothing line.

Alongside his new album Destroy Everything and the highly praised End of the World News LP, Lipscomb has also featured on a number of releases with his Delegates of Culture crew and collaborations with Mr Scruff, Roots Manuva and Phi Life Cipher.
