Concert Information

Peter Phillips, director of The Tallis Scholars, returns to conduct the Â鶹ԼÅÄ Singers in a programme of English renaissance polyphony featuring the works of three masters of the period: William Byrd, Robert White and William Mundy. At the heart of the programme is Byrd’s masterpiece Infelix Ego, paired with White’s motet Exaudiat Te Dominus. The programme also explores works by the composers in four and six voices, and includes the Benedictus from Byrd’s iconic ‘Great Service’.

Admission to this concert is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that as not everyone who asks for tickets uses them, to make sure we have a full house we send out more tickets than there are places. We do our best to get the numbers right, but unfortunately we occasionally have to disappoint people so please arrive early.
