Ludovic Bource’s Oscar®, BAFTA and Golden Globe-winning soundtrack is brought to life by the Â鶹ԼÅÄ Symphony Orchestra in a screening with live music to headline the Saturday night of Sound Unbound.
At the height of his fame, suave silent film star, George Valentin (Jean Dujardin), gives young dancer Peppy Miller (Berenice Bejo) her Hollywood break. But sound soon takes over the industry, and while his young protégé adapts to ‘the talkies’, Valentin gets left behind.
