PK Tech Girl
By Nan Hagan
Directed by Tony Tilse

REVIEW
The best idea in the episode was Aeryn finding out that her old squad had been demoted because of her being a traitor and that - in a rather Klingon touch - they could only regain their honour and status when she is caught and killed. Much more so than Aeryn's sulking in recent episodes, this touch made her separation from the Peacekeepers sharper and more painful.

But what this episode really represents is Farscape's first romance - and wasn't it better than Captain Kirk's woman in every spaceport? True, Crichton and Gilina fell very fast and very deep for what was really just lust at first sight but the resolution was good. For rather than just kill her off at the end for no apparent reason than the end of her contract, Gilina was left on the ship for her Peacekeeper pals to find.

The things, she would be. This is what would happen and because we've learned all we have about Aeryn's situation, Gilina's is believeable and logical.

back to ploton to did you notice?
