Slayer wickedness: Is it really so unusual that a Slayer has killed a human being? It hardly seemed to be a pressing issue in Ted, when Buffy thought she’d killed her mother’s abusive boyfriend. If demons (like the Mayor) and vampires (like Spike and Angel) are potentially indistinguishable from humans, surely there's a very strong possibility of mistaken identity accounting for a casualty or two…
Following on...: There are a couple of continuity points mentioned. Wesley places a call to Quentin Travers, who appeared in Helpless and is asked for the codeword Monkey. Willow mentions that she’s still trying to change Amy back from her rat state (referring to the events at the end of Gingerbread).
