Industrial heritage

The Heritage Open Days events are part of an activity and workshop package that looks at the history of the city through its characters and its industry.

The city's weaving, dyeing and ribbon manufacturing history will be represented at the event by weaving and dyeing workshops based at Blue Coat School.

Coventry's watch making and transport industries will be evident in a paint wall based on the watch making industry on Spon Street and the opportunity to travel on an old bus around the heritage route.
