We have received complaints from people unhappy with the communications about Coronation Concert ballots.

Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Studios sincerely apologises for a confusing email sent on Tuesday 25 April to unsuccessful applicants in the Coronation Concert ballots. Everyone allocated tickets had already been contacted earlier in the month and given the opportunity to claim them and consequently no ballot winners have been denied the chance to register for their tickets to attend the show.
On Tuesday 25 April, we released any unclaimed tickets via Ticketmaster on a first-come, first-served basis to those who had previously applied for tickets but were unsuccessful.Β Due to the number of people contacted, these unclaimed tickets were snapped up very quickly.
