You never know what to expect with Hot Chip but the quality is a constant and the ambition on tonight's Hottest Record is solid with all sorts of funk reference points floating about on Night & Day. Certainly early Prince and The Time are present. As for the album we'll have to wait and see which is always fun with this band.
