Hottest Record - Snow Patrol - Called Out In The Dark
They promised an evolution in sound and unlike many bands Snow Patrol have made good on tonight's Hottest Record, 'Called Out In The Dark'. Appropriate signs of electronica don't detract from the essence of Snow Patrol: big tunes. Gary also told us the new album will be called 'Fallen Empires'. Spread the word.

When a new single from a band that has played such a big part of your life is released there is always that feeling of "i really hope this stands up to records of past!!", and this did. I was listening to Zane last night express how when other bands say they are mixing it up for the new album and never do, but with this new single form Gary and the boys their music sounds like it is heading in a different direction from previous albums and i could not agree more. Zane!! well done on getting the new Album title "Fallen Empires" out of Gary (nice touch). Anyway cannot wait to hear the album and the mention of a tour in Jan/Feb will kept me sane for now!! Exciting times for a SP fan!!
