UUUUuurrrggghhh!! But it's for charity

Had some very exciting guests pop into the flat today, the lovely Fearne Cotton and Pudsey bear came around to raise some money for Children in Need and I have got to say she got us to do some very dodgy things. Firstly she got Sam to dress up as her and go to our local caf茅 and ask for a coffee (EMBARRASING). Then she sprayed our hair different colours (not good 鈥榗os we are vain). Then we were asked to eat the most disgusting sandwich EVER!!
SAM: WHITE BREAD, CHOCOLATE SPREAD, PEANUT BUTTER, SWEETCORN
ME: WHITE BREAD, MAPLE SYRUP, MUSTARD, MACKEREL, MUSHROOMS (aaaaaaaggghhh)
So as you could imagine we were not well for a while!!
Then to finish me off she made me get in a bath of cold beans and they were absolutely freezing and we didn鈥檛 have enough beans left over for tea on the night! (GUTTED).
This week鈥檚 Chinatown is a little bit different because it鈥檚 a test of mine and Sam鈥 lung power. We have to see who can blow the longest note on some musical instruments (tuba, trombone, trumpet) with one continuous breath. We have just had a visit from a little dude called Peter who gave us some tips on how to play it properly and to be honest I think he thought I was better so let battle commence!

So hopefully it鈥檚 gonna be a good one but don鈥檛 take my word for it check it out Saturday you know by now!!

Laughed when I saw you in the tub with all those beans on your head. That china town challange will be a breeze for you and I'm 100% on your side!

Mark, those beans MUST have been cold! I can tell by your face. Anyway, good luck on the chinatown challenge. Hope your cold is gone. I still am not convinced you are better than sam but can u wish sam luck from me as well. You re both gonna need it!

I really loved the today show! I always love your shows,but i really felt pity for you today,when you had to eat those disgusting sanswiches..Bleh! Just by the look on your faces it said enough,lol! anyway..Keep up with your show! Glad that we atleast can receive bbc1 &2 over here in HOlland:D

WHEN U WAX EDS TOES IT REMINDED ME OF WHAT I DID TO MY FRIENDS LEG WE WAXED HIS LEG WITH DUCK TAPE AND NOW ONE LEG IS SMOOTH AND THE OTHER IS ALL HAIRY, I THINK HE ISNT LIKING ME AT THE MINUTE CAUSE OF THE WHOLE LEG THING. ANYWAY GO TO GO UR SHOW THIS WEEK WAS WELL GOOD AND WILL WATCH UR SHOW EVERY WEEK.

EEEEEEEEWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!! your sandwich sounds alot worse than sams ! MACKERAL?? ewwwy thats bad! was it kl havin a bean bath? i might go try it out and see how it feels lol
