Hello, and welcome to another edition of 'Claridge Kicks Off', the Football League video blog where Steve Claridge tackles all the big talking points in the Championship, League One and League Two.

This week, in his final blog of 2010, Steve looks ahead to the frantic festive period that, weather permitting, will see teams play four games in nine days between Boxing Day and 3 January and discusses the effects such an intense spell of action will have on teams and individual players as the season starts to take shape.

Hello, and welcome to another edition of 'Claridge Kicks Off', the Football League video blog where Steve Claridge tackles all the big talking points in the Championship, League One and League Two.

This week, Steve starts by looking back at the fall-out from a feisty encounter between League One high-flyers Huddersfield and Brighton last weekend, and reflects on QPR's defensive shortcomings in their first Championship defeat of the season at the hands of Watford on Friday.

He also gives his take on the transformation in Leicester City's fortunes since Sven-Goran Eriksson took charge at the start of October, and considers the Foxes' promotion chances.
