Ed Miliband told Labour MPs tonight: "Being in opposition is frankly crap. You see the Tories and Liberal Democrats doing terrible things and it's very frustrating."

Maybe it's that genetic feeling of entitlement?

(that is the sense of entitlement above and beyond being a member of parliament!)

    So Mike

What's he going to do when he grows up ? - He could follow big Bro into the wilderness, forty days, forty nights and come back with some policies on his tablet, or notebook at any rate.

'Ed Miliband told Labour MPs tonight: "Being in opposition is frankly crap. You see the Tories and Liberal Democrats doing terrible things and it's very frustrating." '

Views in some media quarters as to how the British Public may have felt/feel after having 'enjoyed' the last 13 years of the same... and/or worse... at the hands of Mr. M and colleagues seemingly avoided, ironically perhaps?

He really is getting this statespersonship thing down well, isn't he? Good job there are those on hand to record it all, for posterity, as I am sure L'Oreally, 'he's worth it'.

get a grip on yerself, man, on baby leave? what a jessie, will they all gang up on you...there diddums, get yourself together as the country is at the mercy of philistines who are rewriting the truth of what happened and you could be in opposition for a very long time so get in that car, smash heads together and start opposing otherwise give the job to someone who will....people are watching you now....

I just find it extraordinary that the Labour Party have the brass neck to present themselves to the nation as an alternative. Their performance in office was truly horrendous, a disaster all of its own!

I think they should all resign, abandon their careers, whind the party up, sell all their worldly goods and spend the rest of their lives helping the poor and the sick for the shame of what they have done to our country. How they can show their faces in public is beyond me... as for smiling, well, how can they?

So Ed is finding it difficult is he? Frustrating even? Just how I used to
feel when he was chuntering on about climate change/global warming.

Now is the time, Ed, roll up your sleaves and apply your brain each and every time The Coalition Government does something that Labour finds "terrible".
    Explain the terribleness of it.
    Offer an alternative.
    Engage, engage, engage...
so that come the next election, the citizens will think Labour has alternatives, strong convictions and a bottomless ocean of ideas.
For God's sake, stop whining! And get to it!

Apparently, you can't say that Ed Milliband's nasal condition is not Prime Ministerial in a humorous way on a blog page.

"Comments on the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ blogs may be removed if they are considered likely to provoke, attack or offend others, use swear words, or disrupt the message boards."

Who was offended? How very, very sad.

Well, we can't argue that there is not a lot going into style over substance thus far...

All I could think of was a certain movie, whose name I cannot mention in context for fear of running foul of the mods....
