CAN BROWN ONLY RELATE TO NON-CHALLENGING WOMEN?

When Brown spat venom about Mrs Duffy, it was very apparent that 'bigot' was a 'scapegoat word' - SOMETHING about Mrs Duffy had touched a nerve.
Such nerves are made raw in early years, and do not readily heal. I believe a look at James Brown's relationship with his mother will prove fruitful.

Sarah appears to be a 'worshipper'. It took him a long time to find her, they are rare these days. Strangely, Cherie was another worshipper, dangling round Tony's trunk like a groupie. Does this tell us anything about the sort of leaders Westminster 'throws up'?

There's a conflation of mental images inspired by this piece that I will not easily erase.

Seems to have passed more quickly than I'd imagined, though the spinners are still in damage control.

Just watched 'the news', though I tend now to ignore anything ‘according’ to most outlets these days.

Even ‘live’ needs careful attention for editorial ‘enhancement’, especially post event summaries that see various things ‘assisted’.

Have to say, on the subject of what is said, heard and understood, just watched one of those pointless paper reviews broadcasters run with various tribalists agreeing with their tribes and dissing the others.

But I am still falling about laughing at the Labourphilic lady trying to gain traction for the notion that Mr. Brown mis-spoke as a consequence of mis-hearing ‘blocking’ as something else and personally directed.

That would seem to suggest at least two senses had taken their leave of the PM, and it is contagious amongst his supporters.
