Tonight on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 1, Annie Mac and Huw Stephens revealed the line-up for the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing stage at , which this year takes place in Exeter.

Over the years we have seen some incredibly exciting young acts make milestone performances on our stage. From Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ 1Xtra favourite Little Simz gracing the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing stage at the Hackney Weekend back in 2012, to a 16 year old Bridie Monds-Watson, aka SOAK, appearing on the stage in Londonderry back in 2013, through to ‘returning acts’ Royal Blood and Catfish and the Bottlemen playing to a packed out tent at the 2014 edition in Glasgow.

This year we’re very proud to be hosting some of the finest new talent from the South West on our stage this year. James Santer and the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing in Devon team have handpicked the hottest new acts emerging out of Devon, including Cortes, Emmi, Black Foxxes, Tiny Folds, Alice Jemima and ‘returning act’ Rosie Lowe (you can read more about the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing stories of our 4 returning acts )

All the artists on our line-up first shared their music with us via the , which has led each of them to receive their first ever radio play on one of our 36 Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing local shows around the UK.
