Chris is going to the gym, he'll then continue to try and organise his party (a month before it happens) so that he doesn't have to panic!

Dave is going ice skating with his friends

Dom is writing and recording the OddBox today and then going home

Tina is doing some work bits and bobs and then she's out with her Newsbeat colleagues this evening

Aled is taking his record company appointments and then going home to catch up on a week's worth of TV!

Sam is in meetings and then tonight she's off to the cinema for the 3rd time this week!

Matt also has lots of meetings, a yoga class and then tonight he's going to do some karaoke with a load of people for a friend's leaving do
