You runnign the Sport Relief mile?
Hi fans of the blog it's Rachel here.
This week is a very odd week. I'm working in the day. It means I don't have to get up a stupid o clock and have to do that thing of travelling in the rush hour. Plus I get to see daylight - all good!! As you know I usually produce the show, but this week and for the next few weeks I'm in the office doing all the backstage stuff and working on a big Sport Relief project. You'll hear all about that soon. Whilst I'm talking about it, have you signed up for the ? Takes place all around the UK on 16th March. I'm using it as an excuse to get fit and have decided to go for the 6 miler.
So, at the moment I'm getting ready for the Brits. Should be fun. Team Moyles are backstage recording loads of interviews. You'll be able to hear all of those on the show tomorrow. We're hoping to get some big names. We'll also have some new videos there too.
This is the 4th time we've been to the Brits as a team. It's sounds really glam, but it's always very normal backstage. Aled and I usually dive into the food laid out for the press and journalists and then I complain I've eaten too much chocolate. It's usually at this point that a big star turns up and we have to look all professional! It is fun though, so hopefully we'll have loads of stories for tomorrow.
Right I suppose I better go and put some make up on…don't want to scare the celebs!
Rachel xx

Hi Chirs, I'm a huge fan. I just wanted to say that I think you are doing great on your training quest. I have also registered myself, my husband and my 2 year old and 4 year old to do a mile walk in 60 mins. To up my challenge I'm training to do the Run for Life 5km in June. At the moment I can only run for about 5 mins, that's by dragging my feet.
Always, love hearing how you are getting on as it also spurs me on.
Love the show, think you're great.
