Busy old morning, so only just catching up!

Well it's Friday for me, as I have my first days holiday of the year tomorrow. I'm off up noorf to visit some lovely friends, it's an annual pilgrimage as it's a bloomin long way to Lancs from Kent. Can't wait to catch up with them, stuff my face and have a good old catch up and best of all a cup of tea in bed for three mornings.

Seeds - my Mum is busy growing them at the moment, green boxes everywhere, which she lovingly tends too each day - bless her.

Oh I forgot about the seedy issue .....

Currently at Deev Towers, we have about 30 chilli plants on the window-cill, waiting to go into grow bags in the greenhouse. He does it every year - grows far too many - then come harvest time it's "what are we going to do with all these chillis"

At least we are doing Poblano's this year - hot and big, and ripe for stuffing. Goog Mole Poblano - delish!!!

Also cherry bomb ones - de-skin, stuff with cheese and bake. Hmmmmmmmm!

Also got various edibles taking shape in the greenhouse for lotty: corn on the cobs, french/dwarf beans, sprouts, cabbages, collyflowers (sp!) ...... you know the drill.

Spuds are in. Currently munching on asparagus and radishes from lotty.

She's a good old girl really!

Mrs Deev-ski, put your chilli`s to good use to make chilli jam. It`s nice with loads of things. Felt really, really tired this morning, didn`t take the tablets yesterday for this diabetes thing, why, cos said tablets and booz don`t go together, so it`s one or the tuther!? Don`t think I`m going to be a good patient when it comes to diabetes.

Not blogged for a long time as I`ve been down just a bit, and I`ve no intention of filling the blog with too many of my woes or crazy thoughts!? I`ve looked into this Dignitas place in Switzerland, it`s not that expensive, which is good and has to beat jumping off a cliff. But they say suicide is a long term solution to a short term problem!?

I guess.

Anyways I`m fine now, nice day everyone.
