WELL THAT WORKED.
Good film discussion yesterday and it all means that...
...basically I print out every film title that appeared on yesterday's blog (including gorgeous george's top 100) and watch them over the next few years, yes that seems to have definitely worked.
So Autumnwatch last night, apparently NOTHING happened, well that's the chance you take I suppose. We made the mistake of watching the current episode of Spooks and then next weeks which you can get to see over on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ 3 half an hour later. This is just basically one huge mistake for two reasons. Obviously we have't got one to watch next week now and secondly I was so tired I didn't really enjoy the bonus episode anyway AND it all finished so late, I was knackered when i woke up this morning.
Too much, too damn much.
Simple, simple, simple what's wrong with me ?
Tonight staying in The Big Smoke so gonna chill out at the cinema and then not have to rush back 60 miles home for another bleary eyed desperate attempt at some shut eye.
Just been on the biccie run, settled down to a nice cuppa and realsied that I've picked up the wrong packet of biscuits in the shop, some weird white chocolate and fruit flavour. Gutted.

Oooh Dear CLP not like you to be at 6's and 7's is it? In a way it's good to know that even you have days when you're not firing on all cylinders though no doubt it won't sound that way once you're on air at 5!
I'm going to celebrate my friend "small person's" birthday this evening, just pop round to her house, take her a bottle of bubbly (the flowers were delivered earlier) and have a girlie chin wag. Bliss!!!

I never, ever, (no matter how tempting) stay up to watch the "bonus" episode of anything. For the very reasons you have quoted. However, you learn from your mistakes and move on!
And it's good you are staying in town tonight - enjoy your evening and then you don't have to drive home at some ungodly hour.
I have a fabulous evening lying ahead: cook a chicken stir fry; clean kitchen; iron; clean bathroom. Couldn't I just come along to the cinema with you and Natasha, instead?

CLP. Help! I've been going on for ages about how brilliant Mick Hucknall was on TFI when he sang Gotta Find me an Angel with no band. Just yourself playing a CD backing track. The only annual fim I have to watch is Love Actually and I watch it in the run up to the Christmas period. This year I'm going to let my girls watch it as I feel they are old enough and it is going to be a big family event.
Actually I'm glued to Autumn watch - like hazel love I'm enjoying all the snatch & beaver talk - how can they say that without laughing or maybe it's just me?
Do any of you have favourite words? Mine at the moment is undercrackers - I heard someone use it instead of knickers or pants or what ever word you use. I just love it and try to get it into as many sentances as I can. How about guys am I the only one with fav words?

Saw GP yesterday re: knee, no better advice other than I need to try and avoid this surgery at all costs??? I am seeing physio again next week then have appt with work medical staff to decide on way forward. I'm going to ask for a 2nd opinion from another surgeon I think.

Cathmel - I'm a lover of words - 'undercrackers' is a good 'un. I tend to call knickers 'grundies'. I've been trying to reintroduce regional colloquialisms into my everyday vocab and, being from Leicester, these include "ooh ya date" (= "ooh ya devil" or similiar) and "you daft 'apporth" ( = "you silly thing" etc).
Thursday again. Em M it's the Truman Show. I thought it was superb until it seemed like they couldn't think of a way to finish it! Mind you, I couldn't think of a way to finish it either...
...missed Autumn Watch last night, but I'm sure there were a few in your endos tossed about...
So, Kiera Knightley. I LOVE Love Akshully except the bits with her in. Likewise Pirates of the Johnny Depp. She reminds me of Susan Tully who also used to walk about with her mouth open all the time and just one blank expression. My Gran'ma would say she looks like she's catching flies! Good luck to her all the same. Can't be doing with Andie McDowell either or Patrick Swayze but then it wouldn't do if we all liked the same things now would it?

Gingembre - please don't "think" about it - get a second opinion. We are too polite when it comes to the medical profession and we tend to think we shouldn't make a fuss. You are getting conflicting advice, so make sure you get someone else's opinion.

I'VE GOT A PROBLEM - I don't know what ter do over me astro.... I don't know what sign ter start with!
The obvious choice is the leader of the blog, CLP's sign aka Aries.
But then that will mean Pisces coming last which, pisceans being sensitive, might send them over the edge.
But then if pisces are last then they might get the most professional write up as i'll be more experienced at writing up astro after 11 previous write ups.
But then that could mean my least professional would be Aries which is an insult ter our blog leader CLP.
But then maybe i'll be trying 'arder on my first & 'ence do a better job of it.

Gingembre - sorry was at work so couldn't stop long.
Waiting to get broadband working again at home - trying to put a new wireless router/modem on the line but the link connection to the exchange is still down on the other box - spent 3 hours on hold on the telephone last night and then when they closed for the night they cut me off................. grrrrrr

Show in West End last Thursday was OK. Not the best musical I've ever seen but it pleasantly passed two hours.
Weekend was fun and filled with beer and fireworks.

missy/Hazel: today I'm wearing my new black and gold cowboy boots from "that" auction site. A bargain at under a fiver but they're higher than I'm used to so I look like I've been on the gin every time I attempt to walk anywhere. And it makes me about 5'10" which is kinda scary for the little men in the office - but really funny!
Films: every Christmas I have to watch Love Actually. And I cry every time. Can't be doing with the Keira woman either. Have a meal, for goodness sakes!

Last Wednesday I was listening to you whilst driving home to my home in Evesham from Newbury. You had an article on tattoo removal by a different process than laser. My daughter has several tattoos and is desperate to rid herself of them, but like the forgetful old biddy that I am I cannot remember the name of the site your specialist gave. Can you help please?
ps love the show Chris you have like a very fine wine improved so very much with age.
In november last year you had a discussion on tattoo removal without using a lazer. stupidly I didn't take down details of the specialist you were talking to and where it can be done. My daughter is desperate to get rid of the tattoos she foolishly had done in her rebelious teens.
