Afternoon, just checking in to say a quick hi and bye.
Fridays I work on meβ βouse like, you know warra I mean ?
Had the dust busters in, they tell you to leave your house for a day and then they clean EVERYTHING and I mean everything, the colour of the water that comes out of their machines ! And the stuff I saw was just off the cushions from the sofa.
Value for money, there must be few services on planet earth that come close.
If only they could clean the insides of us humans, can you imagine the *&^% they could get out of us. Woooohaaaa !
Have a lovely weekend and I hope youβll be back Monday, a little wiser, a little happier, maybe a little chubbier and a little more loved up.

All ready for ARF, a few glasses of something medicinal tonight and a weekend spliced with relaxation, a damn fine Chinese meal, a little bit of gym and the long awaited test ride of my new mountain bike.
Oh, and Fulham to beat Spurs on Sunday.

Hi Chris sounds like a great way to get your house clean.Just off out on my mountain bike in the pouring rain must be mad!!!!! But will have to call in to a couple of hostelries to check that the local brew is up to standard so maybe not that mad afterall!! Have agreat weekend yours Rich B

Predicable it may be, but yet again the particularly piquant delights of Friday have lurched towards us like a bell ringing hunchback of Parisian fame. Though I may not have contributed in a written form before today I have, as ever, used my brief flirtations with free time to enjoy the thoughts and theories which continue to illuminate this fine forum. From Mr. Evans who never fails to set the tone to each and every contributor, I am seldom disappointed with the delights that make it all so delicious. With regards to mashed potatoes, it has to be garlic mash for me. With regards to friends, you know when a friend is true as they stab you in the front.
Well, I must away and continue to stride towards my lunchtime potation which in due course will lead the charge to the weekend festivities. To one and all, I offer my most ardent wishes and all the fun of the fair.

Great show tonight - loved the Bucks Fizz - how can that not make you feel better! Left work before you blogged and had intended to request a track for me as I'm off to Africa on Sunday. Not sure if it is in the 'nuts' category but it's an adventure for me.
I think I could do with someone to do a 'house enema' or as my old Mum would say ' anenoma - shudder to think what they would hoover up.

Enjoyed the show on Friday, we had some friends round, and it made a real change to just banging on a cd!
With regard to coming back today, dunno about wiser, feeling a bit low as I don't think I'm very well but we shall see, DEFINITELY a little chubbier following our delicious Caribbean Sunday Lunch at the local pub...and loved up? OOOH YEAH!
Anyway, only five days to go until I can have a lie in again...

Hope you all had a great weekend. Didn't get on ARF last week but just loved the cheese. .I think there is room for more cheese on an ARF don't you?
Now the big question of the day is... Is CLP feeling better after his house clean? I hope he is, after all Enzo must love the new found freedom of the countryside.
I'm feeling a little chubbier, no wiser,a little happier but alas not loved up... that'll have to wait for this week (well fingers crossed, you never know when it might happen).

Here's to a good week. I've started well - I feel a bit freer and cleaner (inside only!) after a walk on the wild side of the Forest, with cheerful dog bouncing along with me.

Sorry not to have blogged since Christimas but have been away on holiday and now changed jobs as well.
I simply have to thank Chris for playing monster mash at the end of his programme last week - simply great (I have the vinyl album in my collection and don't get to hear it very often except for halloween).
The conversations this week on mash have been really interesting and amusing.
Keep up the good work and I hope the cleaning crew did the job and that you haven't sneezed as much this weekend.

Hi Chris, your feature on artichokes last week got me inspired and when I was shopping on Sunday i thought myself lucky that I found a packet of Jerusalem Artichokes. I had two on Sunday and two last night. By the second day the slightest movement caused gales. If I finish the packet I will need to change my job to Wind Farm. They are just no good if you value company. But thanks for the xperience.
