Authors Live
Multi-talented funny man David Walliams joins us live from the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Theatre, London where he talks to an audience of school children about his new book Gangsta Granny.
David believes that if you can get kids laughing while you tell them a good story, they're much more likely to see reading as something "which is a fun thing to do". Gangsta Granny fits the bill perfectly and is guaranteed to cause an epidemic of smiles across the UK. Authors Live is a series of live webcasts, presented in partnership with the Scottish Book Trust, featuring some of the biggest names writing books for children today. This event is suitable for everyone but particularly targeted at 8 to 12 year olds.
