It’s finally here! The much awaited Radio 2 In Concert with ELO is being streamed live on the Red Button this Thursday. There's also uninterrupted coverage of Remembrance Sunday commemorations and we have a plethora of FA Cup highlights throughout the week to keep you busy.

Radio 2 In Concert - ELO
Radio 2 opens the doors of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Theatre to an iconic band who've been making music history since the 1970s. ELO and their frontman Jeff Lynne play classic tracks along with some new songs from their first album of new material in almost 15 years.

Lianne La Havas on V&A Shoes
Join singer-songwriter Lianne La Havas for a private view of Shoes - Pleasure and Pain at the V&A in London. Lianne explores an exhibition that looks at the extremes of footwear from around the globe, from ancient Egypt to the most elaborate designs by contemporary makers.

Admirers of Rick Stein’s programmes will know that he is particularly keen on the history that surrounds the various dishes he comes across on his travels.  In this case he cannot escape the culinary legacy of the legendary Byzantine Empire in the countries he is about to visit – Italy, Croatia, Albania, Greece and Turkey.  Rick’s latest culinary journey is about the food that most people associate with holidays in the eastern Mediterranean and the Adriatic – healthy, light, tasty dishes that go so well with sunshine, remote (but not too far away) islands, chilled wine and clear, aquamarine seas.

Battle of Britain
from Biggin Hill tells the epic story of the greatest aerial conflict of the Second World War. Dermot O’Leary, Jeremy Vine and Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ News’ Sophie Raworth will be joined by the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Concert Orchestra. Rare archive footage from the conflict, modern day RAF personnel, guest singers and a cast of actors will bring those stories to life as we remember the men and women who took part 75 years ago.
