The hoop will act as a timer - you need to complete the activity before the hoop falls. If you don't have a hoop, you can spin a coin on a flat surface or use a timer and set a specific amount of time on the clock.

Don't have a partner?

  • You can use a timer and set a specific time for yourself.
  • Don't have a timer? You could choose a set number of jumping jacks to complete.
