For some of the British aristocracy, Hitler’s style of government was seen as admirable. Germany’s successful transport infrastructure, economy and low unemployment levels were also admired.

Students can write comparative lists: Reasons for Britain to consider war with Germany, and reasons why some in Britain admired what Hitler had achieved with his Nazi regime. The clip could be used to introduce study of the Fascism in Britain.
