    In order for us to be healthy, we need to include these very important things in our lives. Healthy food, water, exercise, sleep, good personal hygiene, a positive mental attitude.

    Self-awareness is really about knowing yourself. Do you know what you’re good at, and what you’re not so good at?

    We all learn differently. Some of us learn quicker than others but that is normal.

  • Managing Conflict

    Conflict means different things to different people and there are various types of conflict. In basic terms, conflict is a serious disagreement or argument.

  • Safety

    You will have been taught safety lessons in school and home, like how to cross the road and what to do if there was a fire in your house.

    Where you live is where your community will be. Your community is where you feel you belong.

  • Similarities and Differences

    One difference between you and your friends is some are boys, some are girls, you all look different, your family background is different and your ability is different.

  • Rules, Rights and Responsibilities

    Rules are put in place for your safety and wellbeing mainly, but also to ensure everyone is treated fairly.

  • Relationships

    You can have many different kinds of relationships. You might have a relationship with your friend this is called a ‘friendship.’
