Training diary

The process of keeping a training diary involves the performer recording the date of each training session and writing down notes on how the session went.

Key questions would be asked about how training felt, whether it progressed and what potential changes could be made. The aim is to chart progress, giving the performer and their coach subjective information based on their own opinion.
