Fashion conscious Paula JonesΒ is an academic with a love for interior design. Born and raised in Walsall, Paula, a self-confessed scatter brain, admits to liking being liked and shying away from conflict. She finds that, as a result of this, she is often left with unresolved issues. At the age of 18, Paula was a four star sergeant in the army cadets and represented the army at county level in shooting.
She says: "I am the girl with a plan. I have great wit and strength of character, and I am resilient to the core."

No way, she is NOT a Katie. This lady "likes to be likes" and "shies away from conflict". She will never get on in this game.

A "Human Resources Consultant" that means she works at the job centre finding jobs for all these salesmen.
Despite her awful hair she's highly "fashion conscious"...and that ain't easy in Walsall.

I agree that she sounds nice. If you combine that with the strong character she talks about it could make her a genuine contender rather than being a weakness. One to watch I think!

Could somebody explain "four star army sergeant". Not a rank I have heard of in the British Army!
