The Apprentice Predictor isΒ a just-for-fun online prediction game that allows you to pick who you think will be fired on the programme.

• At the end of the episode the user will be given their score out of 1000 points and will be given an indication, within a 10% band, of how their score compares to other players
• Users can participate in the text-based conversation that is part of the application. Users wishing to submit comments are asked to provide an identifying name and optional location that will be used to title their comment. A community producer will moderate the conversation and select appropriate comments to add to the comment area
• We will be collecting and keeping indefinitely overall percentages for predictions at 5-minute intervals during the play period as well as the total number of players each week and all submitted comments for internal purposesΒ 
• The predictor can only be played during the first-run transmission of The Apprentice and is not available during any other time
• The predictor is available up to 30 minutes before transmission from via a link on the homepage promotional panel. The predictor opens in a pop-up window and includes the simulcast of the episode
• The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ reserves the right to cancel or suspend the application at any time
• The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any prediction being lost or not properly registered or recorded
