Problems signing in on a TV?
Remember to sign in to your Â鶹ԼÅÄ account on your phone, tablet or computer first. If you don’t have a Â鶹ԼÅÄ account yet then visit ourÌýRegistering Help Page.
To sign in on your TV then follow these steps:
- Click on the sign in icon - we’ve added a video to explain how to sign in.
- On a second device (mobile, tablet or computer) go toÌýÌýand this will take you straight to the PIN entry screen - it's really important that you type out the website URL correctly or you might be sent to the wrong website. If you aren't asked for the code at this stage, please try going to this address instead:ÌýÌý
- Follow the instructions on your second device.
- On your second device enter the activation code that appears on your TV screen.
- You’re now signed in on your TV.
