Problems signing in on a TV?

Remember to sign in to your Â鶹ԼÅÄ account on your phone, tablet or computer first. If you don’t have a Â鶹ԼÅÄ account yet then visit our Registering Help Page.

To sign in on your TV then follow these steps:

  1. Click on the sign in icon - we’ve added a video to explain how to sign in.
  2. On a second device (mobile, tablet or computer) go to  and this will take you straight to the PIN entry screen - it's really important that you type out the website URL correctly or you might be sent to the wrong website.
  3. Follow the instructions on your second device.
  4. On your second device enter the activation code that appears on your TV screen.
  5. You’re now signed in on your TV.  

We’re aware of some reports from viewers stating they have nowhere to enter the code. This is currently under investigation.
