Just showing mum that you’re working together as a team. So if mum chooses to breastfeed, when she’s up, it doesn’t mean you can fall asleep constantly. You can wake up, change the nappy and then it's teamwork as well. And also if it means you’re winding the baby allowing the mum to sleep or if you’re not breastfeeding, for some night feeds to be done by partners.That can help the mum sleep in the night and able to function more when she’s not as tired as well. So teamwork.

Yeah, just teamwork. Because, I guess, as a man your body's not going through the exact same changes during the pregnancy and post-delivery. So, I guess just knowing that you can, kinda sacrifice yourself in some way to help and it's not exactly the same but I guess it can try and make amends as such and you feel like you’re kind of giving something.
