This powerful collection of short animated films uses real testimony from young people of colour to explore personal experiences of racism, bullying and isolation. These are real stories of racism in the UK.

The short films are suitable for teaching:

  • PSHE at KS3 and GCSE in England.
  • KS3 and GCSE Personal Development and Mutual Understanding in Northern Ireland.
  • Personal and Social Education Framework in Wales.
  • National 4 and 5 Curriculum for Excellence Health and Wellbeing Experiences and Outcomes in Scotland.

Due to the sensitive nature of the subject matter, we strongly advise teacher viewing before watching with your pupils. Careful preparation should be undertaken to prepare pupils before playing them these potentially traumatic and triggering personal experiences. These are the young people's stories in their own words and they include the use of uncensored racial slurs.

We also strongly advise downloading and reading for advice on how you might use the videos in your classroom whilst ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for pupils.
