Two teenage students meet science presenter Mark Miadownik to find out how you can become a great public speaker.

Mark has experience lecturing at university, and presenting TV programs.

He gives some great advice about how to overcome nerves and how to present a great story that will captivate the audience.

Then Owen and Safoua take the plunge and try it themselves before receiving feedback from Mark and having a debrief with Labrinth.

This clip is from the series Labrinth's Speak Out.
