Musician and performer Labrinth explains how his self-confidence was helped by his involvement in music, and follows two volunteers who are about to gain work experience in the news industry by working on C鶹Լ’s Newsround programme.

The volunteers are shown how to use an autocue and are given tips by current programme presenters.

The pair are filmed reading out a headline story and then they have a debrief with the presenters and Labrinth.

This clip is from the series Labrinth's Speak Out.
