What CBeebies Apps can I download?

The CBeebies Little Learners, Storytime, Playtime Island and Get Creative apps are designed to inspire children's imaginations and provide some fun ways to develop their learning.

Teachers and parents can feel safe in the knowledge that children are using an app that is free to download and free from in-app purchases.

The fun, educational apps also feature a parental lock to help keep little fingers safe, leaving children free to explore, play and enjoy a fun learning experience with their favourite CBeebies characters.

CBeebies Little Learners app - Fun early learning skills

The CBeebies Little Learners app has been made with �鶹Լ�� Bitesize and developed in collaboration with educational experts.

As well as making learning fun for children, it has been designed to help parents, carers, and educators easily find a learning activity to support children before they start school. All games and videos in the CBeebies Little Learners app are based on the Early Years curriculum. The app is free to download and free from in-app purchasess and downloaded games can be played offline and on-the-go wherever you are.

These Early Years learning areas are featured in the app:

• Mathematics - Numbers and Shapes collection
• Literacy - Sounds and Letters collection
• Communication and Language - Speaking and Listening collection
• Personal, Social and Emotional Development - Wellbeing and Independence collection
• Understanding the World - Our World collection and Colours collection

As well as learning games, the CBeebies Little Learners app has lots of amazing learning videos to keep your child entertained. All videos support early childhood development as well and reflect topical events to help your child learn about the world around them.

�鶹Լ�� Bitesize area

The CBeebies Little Learners app has a special �鶹Լ�� Bitesize area, designed to introduce your child to Reception and starting school. There is a fun game all about starting school, called 'My First Day At School' to help your child as they transition to Reception.

Storytime - Reading stories app

CBeebies Storytime introduces children to a world of stories through beautiful, interactive story books. The educational app aims to inspire a love of stories in every child in the UK and support early years reading.

The stories in the app promote CBeebies’ core values, with themes of inclusivity, sharing, friendship and more. There are two reading modes to choose from, so children can read independently or with a grown-up. All the stories are free to download and free from in-app purchases.

Settle down with the CBeebies Bedtime Stories collection, have fun at the park or beach with Mr Tumble, wind down with Bing and Hoppity Voosh, celebrate your inner superhero with Biff & Chip, catch the bus with JoJo & Gran Gran, go on a detective adventure with Numberblocks, take a trip to the theatre with Alphablocks, earn your story badge with Duggee and the Squirrels, travel back in time and meet the dinosaurs with Andy, join Peter Rabbit and friends as they go on an adventure, go on a treasure hunt with Love Monster, say goodnight with Moon and Me and more!

Storytime features playful interactions, popular CBeebies characters, well-loved authors, and high-quality stories so children can enjoy reading, playing, and learning. Our app seeks to support traditional physical books by offering a magical interactive journey that encourages a love of stories and an immersive reading experience for children.

Playtime Island – Fun games app for kids

CBeebies Playtime Island is an app where children can learn as they play with CBeebies favourites including Hey Duggee, Go Jetters, Swashbuckle, Peter Rabbit, Bing and more!

There are over 30 free games to choose from and each one meets the specific needs of children and their parents or carers, with a focus on bonding, learning, discovery, and self-expression.

We’ve made it much easier for your child to find their favourite CBeebies games and there are now no limits to how many games you can add to your island. There's also no need to worry about running out of storage on your device; using the Download Manager, games can be added or removed as many times as you like.

Get Creative - Open-ended creative activities app

Get Creative provides open-ended creative activities so children can draw, paint and doodle with their favourite CBeebies friends! The app is free to download and free from in-app purchases.

CBeebies knows how important creativity is for children, and our Get Creative app gives them the freedom to explore this with no limitations. Creativity is vital in children’s social and emotional development and this app is cleverly designed with that in mind. Children can express themselves and experiment with some of our most-loved characters including JoJo & Gran Gran, Peter Rabbit, Love Monster, Swashbuckle, Something Special, Hey Duggee, Go Jetters, Bitz & Bob and Waffle the Wonder Dog.

In our Creative Factory little ones can explore one of five amazing make machines; from composing a musical masterpiece to building and bringing to life their dream toy.

Aimed at 3–5-year-olds, the Get Creative app allows children to play independently, building their confidence as they explore open-ended activities, take on regular challenges and even create a gallery of all their amazing artwork.
